AI CAMPS Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Participation and Refunds

• 1.1. A participant may cancel their participation in the Executive AI Camp or AI Camp for Specialists by notifying in writing via email at info@edon.lt.
  1.2. If cancellation is made more than 14 calendar days before the start of the camp, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  1.3. If cancellation is made less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the start of the camp, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  1.4. If cancellation is made less than 7 calendar days before the start of the camp or if the participant does not attend, the payment is non-refundable.
  1.5. If the agreement is terminated at the participant’s initiative, edON reserves the right to retain fees for services already provided (if any, up to the time of cancellation).
  1.6. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email at info@edon.lt, signed, and clearly stating the reason and the amount requested for refund. A response will be provided within 3 business days.

2. Transfer of Camp Ticket

• 2.1. If the participant cannot attend, they may transfer their place to another person by notifying info@edon.lt no later than 7 calendar days before the start of the camp.
  2.2. The new participant must comply with all program rules and conditions.

3. No-show or Early Departure

• 3.1. If the participant does not attend the camp, regardless of the reason, the payment is non-refundable.
  3.2. If the participant leaves the camp earlier than scheduled due to personal reasons or other circumstances, the payment is non-refundable.

4. Camp Cancellation by Organizers

• 4.1. If the camp is canceled due to a decision by edON, the participant will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
